My work in this ecommerce project was to do a general investigation of the public, the environment and the competition, as well as offering web usability services, SEO for ecommerce and text content writing. In terms of web usability, I was in charge of offering a guide to the web designer and reviewing her designs in search of improvements to ensure a good user experience.
